Flash Flood in Taman Sri Muda, Shah Alam

Malaysia ‘once in a 100 years’ flash flood hits Shah Alam, and SJAM-KPS Pusat Hemodialisis Shah Alam (Station 11) located at No. 7 & 9, Jalan 25/87, Taman Sri Muda, 40400 Shah Alam, Selangor was one of the location that was being hit hard.

All our dialysis machines, medical equipment and medical supplies that placed on the ground floor are fully submerged and damaged. Each dialisis machine and chair set cost up to RM50,000.00.

Luckily our staffs and patients are safely rescued and relocate to our Serdang Raya dialisis centre. Approximately RM1,300,000.00 is needed to restore Shah Alam dialisis centre to operational state.

THOR donate Dialysis Machine

THOR Specialties Sdn Bhd donated 12 unit of Hemodialysis Machine (Nipro Surdial 55 Plus) to SJAM-KPS Pusat Hemodialisis Serdang Raya (Station 14) on 26 March 2024. A simple Handover Ceremony was held on 29 July 2024 at Station 14.
